Posted pay ranges are good-faith estimates in keeping with New York City & New York State pay transparency requirements. Actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and schedule.
Our specialty care is provided by visiting physicians who rotate through the center on a weekly or biweekly basis.
$200–$350 / hour (per session)
Provide cardiovascular disease management and preventative heart care in our specialty suite.
$175–$300 / hour (per session)
Deliver respiratory care, including asthma and COPD management, on a rotating schedule.
$200–$350 / hour (per session)
Offer medical dermatology, skin screenings, and treatment in our specialty suite.
$130–$225 / hour (per session)
Provide diabetic foot care, wound management, and general podiatry on a rotating schedule.
$60–$110 / hour
Provide outpatient therapy and counseling that cares for the whole patient.
$120,000 - $140,000/Year
We're hiring a full-time Physician Assistant to serve as a core day-to-day provider. Working under physician supervision, you'll evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients, manage chronic disease, and deliver preventive care as part of a collaborative clinical team.
$90,000–$125,000 / year
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as part of our founding clinical team.
$40,000–$54,000 / year
Support providers and patients with clinical and administrative tasks in a welcoming environment.
$85,000–$110,000 / year
Lead patient care in our new physical therapy suite — orthopedic, post-stroke, and mobility rehabilitation.
$40,000–$55,000 / year
